Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of LV electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities across various teams, including design, engineering, and construction, to facilitate smooth execution.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues as they arise to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within LV electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of LV electrical systems design, installation, and compliance standards.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and client relationships.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry developments.
