Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Oil & Gas services sector, although candidates from other industries with strong project management expertise are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

· Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects in line with organizational objectives.

· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets.

· Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and critical success factors.

· Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Management

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

· Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to management.

· Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk & Change Management

· Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

· Manage project changes through established change control processes.

· Proactively resolve issues impacting project delivery.

Financial Management

· Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.

· Track project expenditures and ensure cost control measures are implemented.

· Prepare project performance reports and financial forecasts.

Team Leadership

· Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate project activities across departments.

· Assign responsibilities and monitor performance of project team members.

· Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

· Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry regulations.

· Promote adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards.

· Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and systematically.

Reporting & Documentation

· Prepare project progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

· Maintain proper documentation including project schedules, budgets, contracts, and lessons learned.

· Conduct project closure activities and post-project reviews.

Required Qualifications

Education

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.

· MBA in Project Management (Mandatory/Preferred).

Experience

· 5-10 years of overall professional experience in project management.

· Experience in managing medium to large-scale projects.

· Preferably from the Oil & Gas Services, EPC, Engineering Services, Manufacturing, Energy, or Infrastructure sectors.

· Demonstrated experience in customer-facing project environments.
