Please note that this position is a temporary parental leave for approx. 24 months

Your challenge

• Independently manage small and medium-sized development projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and project acceptance
• Develop and maintain project timelines, critical path analysis, milestone plans, and dependency mapping across work packages
• Manage resource allocation by identifying staffing needs and submitting resource requests to line managers
• Proactively identify, assess, and report project and product risks; develop and implement mitigation strategies
• Track and report on project KPIs, forecasts, customer-facing risks, and milestone achievements
• Build and develop cross-functional project teams in coordination with line managers



The skills needed

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, natural sciences, or a related technical field
• At least 2 years of hands-on project management experience, ideally in the semiconductor, high-tech, or related manufacturing industry
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and critical path management
• Familiarity with stage-gate processes, quality gates, and structured deliverable acceptance
• Analytical and structured approach to complex problems; comfortable making decisions with incomplete information under time pressure
• Excellent communication skills — clear, audience-appropriate messaging for technical and executive stakeholders alike, combined with strong active listening
• Open, transparent working style with a genuine interest in continuous learning and process improvement
