Salary: Up to TBC per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Your Role:
You will be delivering projects including new build schemes, alterations, refurbishments, lifecycle works, demolitions and landscaping projects to agreed quality, cost, time, health and safety requirements and approved specifications.
You will be ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental policies, while tracking project progress, financial performance and completion certification.
You will be managing projects in line with Construction Design and Management Regulations, safe systems of work, asbestos management requirements and permit processes.
You will be proactively managing customer interfaces, project risks, contractor performance and day-to-day site activities to minimise disruption to services.
You will be coordinating acceptance into use activities, project documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, asset information and training handovers.
You will be supporting project development through engagement with pre-construction activities, scope definition, tender documentation, tender reviews and contractor selection.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: You will hold a relevant NQF Level 4 qualification, a recognised qualification in engineering, building or facilities management, SMSTS and/or NEBOSH General Construction (or equivalent), a valid UK driving licence and a New Roads and Street Works, CAT and Genny or similar qualification supported by highways or utility experience.
Experience: You will have experience in project and construction management, site management, Construction Design and Management Regulations compliance, building control engagement, groundworks, civil engineering, surveying, building works, utility coordination, tender management and asbestos management.
Skills: You will be able to effectively manage contractors, coordinate complex projects, review technical information, manage risks, communicate with customers and stakeholders, and oversee project delivery from planning through to completion.
