What you'll do
- Assist the Project Management Team to co-ordinate and ensure that the implementation for assigned projects are successfully implemented by the appointed vendors.
- Assist the Project Management Team to co-ordinate with other departments to secure resources needed for projects which are under his direct supervision.
- Understand customer needs in order to achieve overall project goals and objectives as well as to secure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in project meetings with various customers under his direct supervision.
- Assist Project Management Team for schedules implementation to ensure smooth flow of the project implementation.
- Assist Project Management Team to deliver set profit margins of projects.
- To maintain good working relationship with customers and other various Vertiv divisions and departments.
- Coordinate all the M&E services in efficient manner at site.
- Supervise, motivate and develop his direct project team member for continual improvement and optimised performance.
- To understand customer requirements in order to achieve overall project goals and objectives as well as to secure high level of customer satisfaction.
- To be responsible for high standard and good quality of all installation work from P.O. to receipt of payment.
- To attend progress meetings and to understand customer requirements.

- Strong knowledge in project management techniques and good communications skills.

- Good spoken and written skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, good team player and customer focus.
