The Opportunity:

The Project Manager Specialist plays a critical role in coordinating technical tasks during the integration of companies through the merger and acquisition (M&A) process. Come be part of the team responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the seamless integration of IT systems, networks, and applications from both organizations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data migration, system compatibility, and cybersecurity measures are properly addressed.

Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, managing timelines, helping identify and mitigate risks, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. By driving collaboration and maintaining clear documentation, help minimize disruption and optimize the combined IT infrastructure for future growth. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience with project management

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
