Position Available: Project Manager

Location: Taiwan (Hybrid)

Reporting to: Headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia


Position Summary
The Project Manager at Rove Labs will lead and coordinate cross-functional projects involving product development, sourcing, manufacturing, and launch. You’ll manage timelines, resources, and communications across internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role is primarily remote; however, on-site attendance at the Wugu Warehouse (New Taipei City) is required once per week.



Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Define scope, goals, and resource requirements in alignment with company objectives

Process Improvement

  • Evaluate workflows and contribute to refining project lifecycle systems (e.g., Asana, Airtable, ERP)


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Design, Operations, or related field
