  • Ensure designs meet applicable standards, project goals, and constructability requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership during design development and construction support phases.

Overview:

The Project Manager leads the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of engineering projects while balancing technical quality with project and people leadership. This role manages project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations; coordinates multidisciplinary teams; develops strong client and agency relationships; and supports the growth and development of team members. The Project Manager is accountable for responsive, high-quality project execution and financial stewardship and demonstrates leadership consistent with Pape-Dawson's Excellence in Action Leadership Principles.
