Job Description

• Analyse chinese market potentials for motors / sub components / supply chain matching eLION requirements
• Evaluate and promote potentials towards project team
• Establish supplier relationships, drive technical discussions / SQP
• Analyse manufacturing costs / benchmarking / deep understanding of related manufacturing processes   
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for medium complexity programs, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify, quantify, and manage risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives (PUR, PUQ, PUE-Brk, DE Team / plant functions,…)

 

Qualifications

• Solid background in project management or related fields, showcasing a proven history of successful project delivery
• Work style must be self motivated / self driven w/o on site daily functional leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication / EN skills and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to travel with CN but also overseas
• Proven track record on purchasing experience for PMSM-parts and subassemblies in CN, i.e. able to lever CN-local price level to the project by using its profound purchasing experience in supplier negotiations
