Job Description

• Support LCC sourcing activities, including supplier quotations, sample approvals, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and suppliers on engineering changes and localization projects.
• Manage purchasing data and workflows in SAP.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Develop Excel VBA macros to automate routine tasks.
• Track project milestones, action items, and deadlines.
• Support daily operational processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th-year Engineering student or Master’s student.
• Able to work minimum 3 full days per week.
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, VBA, and Power BI.
• Good English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and an interest in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High ownership and attention to detail.
