Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a qualified lawyer to join a well established Private Property & Agricultural team based across Bristol and Taunton. The successful candidate will handle a varied, high quality caseload covering rural residential, agricultural and commercial property matters, working alongside highly regarded senior practitioners. The team is recognised in leading legal directories and advises a loyal and diverse client base, including landed estates, farming families, investors and banks. The role offers exposure to complex, interesting work within a collaborative and growing team, with clear opportunities for long term career development.
The role will involve:
- Managing an independent caseload of country property and agricultural transactions, including high value rural assets
- Advising on complex farm, estate and diversification projects, including renewable energy and environmental matters
- Undertaking agricultural and commercial landlord and tenant work
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while collaborating closely with colleagues across related disciplines
