Your new role
We are seeking a Property & FM Compliance Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a multi-site property portfolio across the UK and Ireland. This is a varied role responsible for facilities management, statutory compliance, health & safety, property operations, supplier management, and estate-related projects.

Key responsibilities include:

While this role does not have direct line management responsibility, you will provide guidance, coordination, and oversight to site leads, deputy site leads, first-aiders, fire marshals, and other colleagues supporting property and facilities activities. Success in the role will require strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence individuals across the business without direct authority.

What you'll get in return
A competitive day rate of £250-£300 per day, plus mileage and business expenses reimbursed in line with company policy. The initial contract is for 6 months, with the potential for extension and the opportunity to secure a permanent position within the organisation for the right individual.
