Smartland is looking for an experienced, results-driven Property Manager to lead a 120+ unit residential portfolio in Columbus, Ohio.
This is a leadership position for someone who can drive strong occupancy, collections, resident satisfaction, and team performance while helping protect and grow the value of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and hold leasing and maintenance teams accountable

Schedule
Monday–Friday | Occasional evenings/weekends
Compensation
$80,000 base salary
Performance incentives bringing total compensation up to and over $100,000
