As the LDA continues to grow its Asset Management function, this role offers the opportunity to join a high‑performing team contributing to transformative projects and strategic land activation across the country.

Your new role
As Property Manager for Land & Security, you will play a key role within the LDA’s Asset Management Team, providing land, property and security management support, oversight and advice to internal teams. You will manage a varied national portfolio of land, buildings and temporary uses, ensuring sites are safe, secure, compliant and delivering value while supporting wider development objectives.
