  • Direct the end-to-end proposal development process for RFPs, RFQs, and other competitive procurement opportunities.
  • Evaluate solicitation documents and develop pursuit strategies that align customer requirements with organizational capabilities and differentiators.

  • Manage proposal content development, providing guidance, review, and direction to contributors while ensuring consistent messaging, strong positioning, and responses tailored to client-specific requirements.
  • Oversee final proposal production and submission activities, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery through public and private procurement platforms.
  • Champion proposal procedures and Opportunity Governance process, including Go/No-Go meetings, Quote Reviews, proposal quality reviews, and ensuring required executive approvals throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
  • Train, coach, and mentor proposal team members on proposal management best practices, procedures, governance, and effective proposal development techniques.
  • Analyze win/loss outcomes and customer feedback to identify lessons learned and strengthen future pursuit strategies and submissions.
  • Monitor industry trends, evolving customer requirements, and procurement practices to identify opportunities to enhance proposal competitiveness.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for proposal content libraries, templates, and knowledge management resources within SharePoint, Teams, and other business systems.
  • Champion standardization and process improvement initiatives that increase proposal efficiency, consistency, and overall submission quality.

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related technical field.

What will you do as the Proposal Lead?
