What you'll do
- Propose new life insurance product propositions, drive and lead the development of new products and business strategy based on customer needs and economic environment to help achieve business targets
- Manage rollout of insurance products, including channel optimisation, value proposition and product development
- Lead end-to-end insurance product development process from monitoring of insurance market trends, intelligence and competition, conduct market research and analysis, lead customer focus group and product design implementation
- Construct product collaterals for necessary internal and regulatory approvals
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills in influencing, motivating and building strong internal or external business relationships in a complex organisation, e.g., marketing, multiple distribution channels, operations, underwriting, finance, legal and compliance
- Carry out duties with high integrity and adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures and to mitigate the risks
