  • Negotiate provider contracts within established guidelines and timelines; apply basic principles of contract negotiation and compliance; prepare reports summarizing negotiation status and outcomes.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for small providers using standardized templates and processes.
  • Analyze and interpret contracting and financial data to identify opportunities for improved provider engagement and contract value.
  • Monitor adherence to contract terms, operational requirements, and performance against budget targets and deadlines; maintain accurate records of provider contacts, actions, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, credentialing, compliance) to resolve provider-related issues and maintain alignment with organizational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal contract administration policies across all assigned activities.
  • Performs additional responsibilities consistent with the scope and level of the role, as assigned.

The Impact You'll Have


As a Provider Partner, you will manage day-to-day relationships with small healthcare providers, ensuring operational efficiency, contract compliance, and positive engagement. In this role, you will support contract negotiation, onboarding, and issue resolution while collaborating with internal teams to maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory standards.

Role Designation


Hybrid



Role designation definition:

  • Teleworking is working full time remote.
  • Hybrid is a minimum of 2 days onsite.
  • Onsite is full-time onsite.

Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person connection and collaboration. We come together in the office two days each week – most teams designate at least one anchor day to ensure team interaction. These in-person moments foster relationships, creativity, and alignment. Compensation and Benefits


$79,100.00 - $104,800.00 - $130,500.00 Annual

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
