Job Description

Birlasoft is seeking a skilled and experienced Nexthink Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the implementation and management of Nexthink, Nanoheal, or similar solutions within the End-User Computing (EuC) space. This role demands hands-on experience with these platforms and a deep understanding of automation principles to ensure the reliability and performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Nexthink and Nanoheal platforms, ensuring their optimal performance and integration with business processes.
• Implement configuration updates and develop workflows for end-user IT service desk functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and reliability of our systems, ensuring they meet business objectives.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime and improve system performance.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing automation solutions to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies and incorporate them into the company's solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in automation development, specifically with Nexthink, Nanoheal, or similar solutions.
• Proven experience with automation platforms and tools, including Nexthink
• Basic understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
• Knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing/Understanding (NLP/U) techniques.
• Strong understanding of automation principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Nexthink, Nanoheal
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
