Your Role
Your Profile
- Design, configure, and implement Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) solutions using out‑of‑the‑box components and best practices.
- Work across Vlocity CPQ / EPC, Quote‑to‑Order, MACD, and Policy Management processes to deliver scalable enterprise CRM solutions.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of industry‑specific CRM architectures, particularly in telecom, media, energy, and utilities domains.
- Perform systems analysis and solution design, translating business requirements into technical designs and implementation artifacts.
- Support requirement estimation, user story creation, and agile delivery using standard project management tools and methodologies.
- Document business and technical designs for CRM, CPQ, and Order Management applications.
- Read and understand front‑end technologies including JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS to support UI configuration and troubleshooting.
- Implement and consume integrations using REST APIs; working knowledge of SOAP APIs is an added advantage.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, leading whiteboard discussions and technical walkthroughs.
- Communicate clearly through professional emails, documentation, and technical presentations.
- Mandatory: Hands‑on experience in Vlocity development and Salesforce implementation with strong exposure to Vlocity CPQ / EPC.
