Digital Procurement Transformation Manager

Digital Procurement | Source-to-Pay Implementation, Enablement & Adoption

ROLE SUMMARY

 

The Manager will support digital procurement transformation initiatives, Source-to-Pay implementations, procurement process redesign, supplier enablement, and change management activities. The role requires experience managing workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering procurement transformation outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management, process improvement, digital procurement, and stakeholder engagement experience, with the ability to support technology-enabled procurement transformation programs from design through adoption.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Digital Procurement Transformation

• Manage procurement transformation workstreams across Source-to-Pay, sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations.
• Support current-state assessments, process redesign, gap analysis, and implementation planning activities.
• Prepare business requirements, process documentation, transformation roadmaps, and implementation deliverables.
• Support future-state process design, governance setup, adoption planning, and benefits tracking for digital procurement initiatives.
• Partner with business, procurement, and technology stakeholders to convert transformation objectives into practical delivery actions.

 

Technology Enablement & Implementation

• Support procurement technology implementation programs across planning, design, testing, deployment, training, and adoption phases.
• Participate in functional design discussions, requirement validation, process configuration inputs, testing support, and business readiness activities.
• Support supplier enablement and change management programs to improve adoption and operating discipline.
• Assist with go-live readiness, issue tracking, user acceptance testing, training coordination, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Support SAP Ariba and Coupa-enabled procurement transformation initiatives where applicable.

 

Process & Performance Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, compliance, operational controls, and user experience.
• Support workflow automation, reporting enhancements, procurement analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
• Track implementation performance, adoption progress, issue resolution, and benefits realization activities.
• Support process standardization, policy alignment, buying channel improvement, and procurement governance enhancements.
• Develop structured trackers, dashboards, and status updates to monitor delivery progress and transformation outcomes.

 

Stakeholder Management & Governance

• Coordinate communications across business, procurement, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Support governance meetings, issue management, risk tracking, decision logs, executive reporting, and action closure.
• Ensure successful execution of workstream deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and project commitments.
• Prepare clear and structured materials for stakeholder workshops, working sessions, steering updates, and project reviews.
• Work closely with senior team members to ensure delivery quality, alignment with objectives, and timely escalation of risks.

 

Supplier Enablement & Change Management

• Support supplier onboarding, supplier enablement planning, communication materials, and supplier readiness activities.
• Assist with change impact assessment, training inputs, adoption materials, and user support documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement and technology teams to improve supplier collaboration, process compliance, and user adoption.
• Support communication and training activities to help stakeholders understand new processes, tools, and ways of working.

 

Capability Building

• Develop templates, reusable assets, training materials, process documents, and knowledge documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to procurement transformation best practices.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions, internal capability development activities, and delivery playbooks.
• Help build consistent methods, checklists, and accelerators for digital procurement implementation and transformation workstreams.

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

• 7-10 years of experience in procurement transformation, digital procurement, Source-to-Pay implementation, or procurement operations improvement.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, procurement technology solutions, and implementation lifecycle activities.
• Experience supporting SAP Ariba and Coupa-enabled procurement transformation initiatives.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience managing implementation workstreams, transformation deliverables, project trackers, and stakeholder updates.
• Understanding of procurement analytics, process improvement, benefits tracking, change management, and adoption support.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and independently manage delivery responsibilities in a consulting or transformation environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to translate business requirements into structured process, technology, and governance outputs.
