3.  Location: All Birlasoft office
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Instrumentation Technology or equivalent 

Experience:

•    Minimum 6 to 8 years in MES and Manufacturing domain with machine integration, PCL, SCADA
•    Should have working experience in any of the Apriso version starting 2016 till 2023.
•    Good knowledge and working experience in 
o    Apriso Production 
o    Apriso Process Builder, Machine Integrator, Business Integrator

•    Shop Floor Connectivity: Configure Apriso Machine Integrator (MI) to interface with PLCs, SCADA, and industrial hardware using protocols like OPC (DA/UA) or serial communication.
•    Data & System Integration: Link Apriso with Business Integrator (BI) and enterprise systems like SAP or Oracle ERP.
•    Testing & Troubleshooting: Run unit and system integration tests, analyze data exchange errors, and fix connectivity gaps.
•    Documentation: Write functional and technical design documents, configuration guides, and support runbooks. 
•    Core Tools: DELMIA Apriso (Process Builder, Machine Integrator, Business Integrator).
•    Technical Stack: JavaScript, C#, HTML5, SQL Server, and Oracle Databases.
•    Protocols & Standards: OPC UA/DA, MQTT, or PLC-to-MES data mapping.
•    Hands-on experience on Process Builder, Machine Integration and Business Integration.
•    Must have built mapping for ERP integration and OPC integration. 
•    Familiar with source control/versioning concepts and creating scripts for database objects. 
•    Well versed with SDLC methodologies. 
 
Responsibilities:

•    Create appropriate technical designs based on functional specifications.
•    Author processes in Apriso using Process Builder.
•    Build interfaces and mapping using Apriso or third-party tools. 
•    Configure and develop required extensions to the Apriso software suite. 
•    Configure and develop required interfaces to disparate external system and hardware.
•    Create appropriate technical and functional test plans and ensure quality of developed software.
•    Execution of system and integration testing at customer site together with customer
•    Provide technical support for MES system until transition to support.
•    Ensure overall quality of final solution.
•    Manage  small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenance/Testing).
