ROLE
We need an experienced QA Automation Engineer at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This role supports the SEC's Enterprise Qualitative Support Services (EQSS) contract, providing independent verification and validation across the agency's growing cloud and data analytics environment. In this role, you will perform system analysis, verification, and validation across software and data workflows supporting IV&V activities, conduct software QA and defect evaluation, process and validate structured and semi-structured data including XML, JSON, and fixed width formats, develop SQL scripts and tests for Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Iceberg environments, build automation and validation scripts using Python, and support data warehousing and data lake testing activities within AWS using Redshift, Glue, and S3.
