- Create and maintain QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, execution reports, and defect documentation.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for APIs and platform functionality.
- Write test cases using Gherkin language following the BDD testing approach.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and automation frameworks such as Karate API.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing documentation and validating results with stakeholders.
- Document defects clearly and collaborate with development teams to ensure proper issue resolution.
- Produce video documentation and walkthroughs explaining platform functionality, defects, or testing processes when needed.
- Participate in smoke testing, regression testing, and release validation activities.
- Contribute to the implementation of QA standards, guidelines, and internal testing processes.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools such as Windsurf or similar platforms to improve testing productivity and automation workflows.
- Work with multiple development environments and IDEs to support testing and automation.
- Present testing results, platform demonstrations, and QA findings to clients and stakeholders when required.

Position Overview
We are seeking a QA Automation II to support multiple development projects that require strong quality assurance practices. This role is responsible for ensuring software quality through structured testing processes, automation testing, and clear documentation. The candidate will work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and clients to validate platform functionality, maintain testing standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process.
