What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust API automation frameworks (Sync and Async) and test suites using Java\Serenity\Rest Assured and cucumber BDD or any relevant Frameworks
- Write and execute complex SQL queries AND JOINS to validate data integrity, consistency, and database schema changes as part of automated and manual testing efforts.
- Integration tests using PACT
- Comprehensive Performance tests using LOCUST and Jmeter
- UI Automation using Cypress and Playwright .
- Build Design, implement, and maintain test stubs and mock services to unblock parallel development and testing.
- Integrate automated tests seamlessly into our continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using tools like git hub actions , ensuring immediate feedback on code changes.
- Utilize Git and GitHub/Git Actions for source code management, adhering to branching strategies and ensuring smooth collaboration within the engineering team.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, manage defect reporting lifecycle, track key quality metrics, and prepare detailed test summary reports for various stakeholders.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT cycles, act as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders, gather feedback, and ensure alignment between testing scope and business requirements.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, prioritize testing tasks and defects within JIRA, and communicate testing progress during client calls.

Your key responsibilities

Your skills and experience (8+ years as SDET)
Must-Haves (Expert Level):
