Required Skill:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
- At least 2+ years of experience in a QA leadership or managerial role
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks for Web, Desktop, and/or Mobile applications
- Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing methodologies
- Experience integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines
- Solid expertise in test planning, test execution, defect management, and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage QA teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and drive continuous improvement
