Raw Material Quality Control: Inspect and test raw materials specific to GRP and GRC manufacturing (e.g., alkali-resistant [AR] glass fibers, resin types, chopped strand mats, polymers, white/grey cement, aggregates, and pigments) for compliance with standards.
Production & Process Inspection: Monitor the entire manufacturing workflow—including mold preparation, spray-up or premix application, hand lay-up, demolding, curing processes, and post-production finishing—to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and specifications.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee and document physical and mechanical testing of GRC/GRP samples (such as flexural strength, compressive strength, density, and barcol hardness tests) conducted internally or by accredited third-party labs.
Dimensional & Visual Checks: Verify critical dimensional tolerances, surface finishes, color consistency, and edge details of architectural panels, pipes, linings, or custom molded products before dispatch or site installation.
Non-Conformance & Defect Management: Identify any surface blemishes, structural cracks, fiber distribution flaws, or resin-rich/starved areas, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and lead root-cause analysis for corrective actions (CAPA).

Proven experience (typically 3–5 years) working as a QA/QC Engineer or Quality Inspector specifically within a GRC, GRP, precast concrete, or composite manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
In-depth knowledge of GRC and GRP manufacturing processes, mix designs, resin chemistry, and reinforcement techniques.
Familiarity with international testing standards and codes relevant to composites and reinforced concrete (e.g., GRCA guidelines, ASTM, BS EN standards).
Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings, structural layouts, and fabrication details.
