- Review and interpret, product data sheets, drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure, application recording, proper mixing, installation, and inspection are compliant.
- Manage QAQC documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), test results, and turnover packages.
- Maintain accurate inspection logs and coordinate final quality turnover documentation to support closeout.
- Utilize QAQC tools for inspection tracking, issue management, and documentation control.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to production crews and inspectors.
- Collaborate with construction and shop teams to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Support and participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and lessons learned initiatives.
- Interface with clients, general contractors, and third-party inspectors to ensure alignment and compliance with quality expectations.
- Conduct audits and surveillance to monitor adherence to quality standards.

Job Summary
The QAQC Manager is responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining the Quality Assurance and Quality Control program for Industrial complex coatings construction projects. This role ensures all work complies with design specifications, customer requirements, industry codes, manufacturer specifications and company standards. The QAQC Manager will work closely with project management, field operations, 3rd party inspectors and clients to drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Quality Management & Oversight:

Work Environment:
- Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.
- Outdoor industrial sites with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, extreme weather, uneven terrain, or other environmental factors.
- Travel requirements: traveling between jobs within the Phoenix metrepolitan area. Travel outside the area is about 15%.
