About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Systems Officer specializing in Cleaning Validation to join our Quality Assurance department. This role is crucial in ensuring that cleaning processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing. The successful candidate will coordinate validation activities, review documentation, and support compliance efforts to maintain product safety and integrity.

The role main accountabilities will be the following:

• Coordinate the implementation of the Cleaning Validation Master Plan, and ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop, review, and update cleaning validation protocols, reports, and related quality documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments to determine worst-case scenarios and acceptance criteria for cleaning procedures.
• Coordinate and perform sampling process for the cleaning validation activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of any quality or compliance issues related to cleaning validation and escalate matters that could impact product quality, product release, or regulatory compliance.
• Conducting Quality Risk assessments.
• Update and monitor the CAPA quality system, performing periodic follow-up.
• Support Health Authorities and customers with relevant documentation needed for audits, product approvals, market introductions, as well as the audit process

Requirements

• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Cleaning Validation, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with GxP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and cleaning validation practices.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
