POSITION SUMMARY:
- Monitor processes per Bakers Best SOPs and written procedures. Accurately record information on designated forms and at specified times.
- 3rd Shift
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Make certain all paperwork is filled out properly and neatly.
- Perform necessary checks at the designated times such as metal detector, internal temperature, freezer temperature checks, etc.
- Perform daily GMP audit and report findings to supervisor.
- Monitor personnel to make sure they are following proper procedures.
- Communicate any issues with supervisor.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
COMPETENCIES:
To perform this job successfully, the QA Technician must be self-motivated, able to problem solve, detail-oriented, and able to stay on task. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
