Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sound Engineer with hands-on experience in installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair and demonstration of Home Theatre, Audio Systems, Speakers, and Sound Equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing, repairing, and demonstrating home theatre and audio systems.
- Troubleshoot speakers, amplifiers, AV receivers, subwoofers, and other audio equipment.
- Identify and resolve sound quality, connectivity, and technical issues.
- Perform testing to ensure proper functioning of repaired equipment.
- Handle customer technical queries and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct on-site service visits as required.
- Maintain service reports and update job status.
- Follow company quality and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Audio/Video systems and Home Theatre technology.
- Hands-on experience in speaker and sound system repair.
- Knowledge of amplifiers, AV receivers, wiring, connectors, and audio circuits.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good customer handling and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a field-service environment.
