What you'll do
- Provide technical guidance and quality control expertise to the Build/AIT team
- Support technicians in assessing incident severity and making go/no-go decisions
- Advise and assist team leaders on quality-related matters
- Review work instructions for technical accuracy and compliance with quality standards; reject and support correction of errors where necessary
- Assess drawings in support of work instruction reviews
- Verify quality coverage in work instructions using QVP (and KIP, if applicable); assist in correcting deficiencies
- Assist in managing local non-conformances and non-conformance reports (NCRs); raise and follow through on Occurrence Reports (ORs) as needed
- Inspect supplier-delivered parts and assemblies for compliance
- Conduct patrol inspections, including: Documentation and hardware checks, Process adherence
- Workshop discipline, including: Cleanliness, Tool calibration and control, Training record verification
- Spot checks and process audits as required

As the Quality Control Inspector, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. You will be involved in:
- Provide technical guidance and quality control expertise to the Build/AIT team
- Support technicians in assessing incident severity and making go/no-go decisions
