The primary role of the Quality Control Lead is to work alongside production employees to identify, analyze and reduce graphics quality issues with a scope ranging from graphic submission through Quality Control. This role has the capability of not only assessing the physical product but diagnosing the graphics files to determine root cause. They are responsible for propagating a culture of continuous improvement at Moss by maintaining quality systems and standard processes focused on graphic production. They are expected to be the main contact on all graphic-related issues and have the authority to sign-off on graphics prior to shipping.

The Quality Control Lead works with the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement on developing and implementing manufacturing strategies and processes consistent with a best-in-class operation with a focus on improving quality. They are responsible for writing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
