What you'll do
- Lead the overall site Quality function, including Quality Supervisors, Quality Analysts, and inspection personnel
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 standards
- Establish site quality objectives, metrics, and strategic initiatives aligned with business goals
- Drive corrective and preventive action programs to improve product quality and operational performance
- Lead internal, external, customer, and certification audits
- Oversee nonconformance management, root cause investigations, and corrective action effectiveness
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to drive quality improvements across the organization
- Lead Management Review activities and quality performance reporting for senior leadership
- Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards to ensure product compliance and consistency
- Support supplier quality initiatives, including supplier performance monitoring and corrective action activities
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect reduction, process capability, and customer satisfaction
- Analyze quality trends and data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement

- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 7+ years of progressive quality experience within a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing quality teams
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Experience leading internal and external audits and regulatory compliance activities
- Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement initiatives and quality performance metrics
- Strong problem-solving skills utilizing root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies
- Experience with statistical analysis, quality reporting, and quality performance indicators
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management software systems

Quality Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
7+ years of progressive quality experience within a manufacturing environment
3+ years of leadership experience managing quality teams
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Experience leading internal and external audits and regulatory compliance activities
Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement initiatives and quality performance metrics
Strong problem-solving skills utilizing root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies
Experience with statistical analysis, quality reporting, and quality performance indicators
