About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Quality Control Executive to ensure that products meet the required quality and compliance standards. This role involves conducting quality checks, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with production teams to ensure consistency across operations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quality control processes, testing methodologies, and regulatory standards within the cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Testing & Inspection
- Conduct quality tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
- Identify and report defects or quality issues during inspections
- Ensure products meet defined quality standards and specifications
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company quality guidelines
- Assist in preparing reports related to quality checks and audits
Production Coordination
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Support process improvements to enhance product consistency and quality
- Monitor production practices to ensure adherence to quality standards
Audit & Process Monitoring
- Assist in the preparation and execution of internal quality audits
- Monitor quality metrics and report findings for continuous improvement
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Knowledge of quality control processes and testing methodologies
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in cosmetics or FMCG industry
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Problem-solving and documentation skills
Preferred Background
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Quality Control within cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG industry
- Freshers with B Pharma or BTech in Cosmetics are also welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of laboratory testing and quality standards preferred
