About this role

Job Summary:

As a Quality Control Representative, you will be responsible for the quality of work for the specified area of responsibility at any of our brick and mortar, mobile, or on-site locations at an OEM prestige motor manufacturer in Solihull.

The right person will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Be a proactive problem solver and strives to be an integral part of the team and the success of the company. There is a 90-day probationary period. Career progression opportunities available.

 

  • Check the installation performance
  • Report installation performance
  • Coordinate joint inspection planning as required with the business customer
  • Move vehicles around installation facility
  • Assist the team with day-to-day tasks
  • Perform final quality inspections on outgoing vehicles
     

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy
  • Must have a reliable mode of transportation and the ability to be on time
  • Ability to drive high-end vehicles comfortably and safely
  • Experienced in the use of MS Office
  • Must listen and follow instructions well     
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work consistently well in a fast-paced environment

Shift Requirement:
This position requires working in a rotating shift schedule.

  • Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Shifts will rotate every two weeks. Flexibility to work both shifts is essential.

Compensation: 34,372.00 GBP / annual
