What you'll do
- Perform QC tests and data review (paper/electronic) for batch release of incoming materials.
- Identify and/or lead Continuous Improvement to drive process simplification and gain efficiencies.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required by line manager to meet business needs.
- Testing, documentation and review of routine and non-routine QC samples in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure timely completion of tests and reporting of test results in support of manufacturing operations.
- General lab support including housekeeping, equipment maintenance and maintaining lab supplies inventory.
- Initiates change control to create/revise existing SOP(s) as needed.
- Responsible to complete all training prior to execution of GMP activities.
- Work co-operatively with line manager to create an environment of strong team spirit, timely and effective communications.
- Embody PT behaviors, lean principles and methods while fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
- Comply with all RSTO’s Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements.

The Position
Purpose
Supports Department in the following:

Key Responsibilities
Technical and Functional:

Qualifications
Education:
- Degree/ Diploma (chemistry or other relevant discipline) is preferred.
