Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain the company's quality management system.
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality control and assurance.
• Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems.
• Participate in customer audits and address any quality-related concerns.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality control.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Certification in quality management or related field is a plus.
