What you'll do
- Support Quality Management System (QMS) processes in accordance with company procedures and applicable quality standards.
- Review, process, and coordinate NCR dispositions within the CIS
- Facilitate and coordinate regular MRB meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to support disposition activities and material purge processes.
- Monitor NCR aging, status, and closure metrics and provide regular updates to management.
- Manage NCR escalations and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve NCR workflow efficiency and system effectiveness.
- Perform calibration activities on inspection, measurement, and test equipment as required.
- Assist with 8D problem-solving initiatives and corrective action implementation.
- Working knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) standards, with the ability to conduct routine ESD audits to ensure compliance with facility controls, equipment grounding, and handling procedures.

Job Overview:
The Quality Engineering Technician supports the Quality Management System by coordinating nonconformance activities, facilitating Material Review Board (MRB) processes, and assisting with quality improvement initiatives.
