As Global Visual Inspection Expert within our Quality team, you'll drive the company strategy for visual inspection processes from an organizational, technical, skills, and regulatory standpoint — providing ad hoc technical capability support at manufacturing sites and overseeing the visual inspection program across Sanofi Manufacturing and Supply sites. Main responsibilities

  • Author, review, or approve technical documents including personnel qualification strategies, control strategies, investigations, change controls, expert opinions, and defect classifications.

  • Develop and implement harmonized procedures across manufacturing and supply sites.

  • Partner cross-functionally to establish a philosophy for visual inspection and qualification for operators.

  • Provide technical oversight on defect classification, visual inspection technique, and qualification programs supporting production operations.

  • Perform root cause analysis applying scientific principles related to defect creation, prevention, and detection.

  • Develop and monitor statistically based metrics in real time to assess process variability and capability.

  • Train and coach others, and influence internal and external stakeholders cross-functionally, including as a subject matter expert during regulatory inspections and complex investigations.

About you

  • Experience: Significant experience (10+ years preferred) in visual inspection of liquid and lyophilized pharmaceutical products, within a pharmaceutical industrial environment with hands-on experience.

  • Soft and technical skills: Experience using and/or developing test set kits and defect libraries; experience supervising and/or managing visual inspection processes (manual, semi-automated, fully automated); ability to influence and communicate with diverse groups on complex regulatory, business, or technical issues; strong project management skills.

  • Education: Master of Science or equivalent.

  • Languages: Advanced English and French (written and spoken).

La fourchette salariale pour ce poste est:€76 000,00 - €101 333

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
