What you'll do
- Lead efficient day to day operation of the Calibrations/Metrology technicians team, including resources review; hiring, performance review and development of personnel.
- Direct daily workplace activities of Calibration and Metrology team in the plant.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with QMS procedures and identify areas for improvement.
