What you'll do
- Implement the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with CTA QA/QC Guidelines.
- Coordinate and manage all quality related issues between the TYLin team, CTA, Design Consultants (DCs), and General Contractors (GCs).
- Schedule and coordinate management reviews of the QMS to verify effectiveness and promote continuous improvement.
- Implement and manage the system for training the TYLin staff to ensure adherence to the QAP.
- Schedule and coordinate regular quality meetings for the program to review status of non-conformance reports and coordination of quality activities.
- Monitor and verify GCs’ inspection activities during construction to ensure that required inspections are performed and documented as specified in the contract documents.
- Monitor testing activities performed by the GCs’ independent testing companies.
- Coordinate inspection activities between the Field Inspectors and GCs’ staff.
- Monitor the schedule to ensure that inspection and testing activities are scheduled.

- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Experience developing, implementing, and directing the processes that result in a specific level of quality required by a Quality Program

- Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges

Job Summary
Our PM+CM team is currently seeking a Quality Manager for work on various rail, transit and other infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of the project’s quality program.Responsibilities & Qualifications

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $153,600 - $230,400 annually for this position and local market.
