What you'll do
- Lead the site's quality compliance agenda, ensuring robust systems and procedures are in place to maintain food safety, quality and legal compliance standards.
- Manage the Quality team.
- Maintain audit readiness, supporting HACCP reviews, managing customer specifications, overseeing supplier compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System.
- Lead internal audits, supporting BRCGS and customer audits.
- Investigate non-conformances, implementing corrective actions and ensuring effective monitoring of food safety and quality systems.
- Work closely with operational teams to strengthen food safety culture, develop team capability and deliver meaningful quality improvements across the site.
