The project: 

Mace is providing PMC services for a redevelopment project in Delhi.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Provide efficient administrative support for quality assurance activities, including coordination of meetings and documentation of outcomes.
• Coordinate audit planning and administration, ensuring timely preparation, documentation, and reporting.
• Support the delivery of external audits through effective stakeholder coordination and logistical management.
• Contribute to communication initiatives by gathering and submitting content aligned with project and business objectives.
• Review and enhance presentations to ensure clear, accurate, and high-quality information for decision-making.
• Collaborate across teams to provide operational support while advancing Mace’s commitment to net zero carbon outcomes.

You’ll need to have:

• Graduate Engineer. with specialisation in quality management.
• 5+ years’ professional experience, including 3+ years on relevant infrastructure and real estate projects.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar designation.
• Proven delivery experience across railway, metro, airport, bus terminal, commercial, or institutional developments.
