The Customer Quality Program Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Silgan Plastics’ quality management efforts by ensuring customer quality concerns are effectively managed from initiation through resolution. This position works closely with Quality Managers and site teams to support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes, facilitate cross-location communication, and promote consistent, high-quality responses for customers served by multiple facilities.

  • Provide administrative support for quality and regulatory activities, including maintaining documentation, organizing records, tracking action items, and supporting audit and compliance workflows.
  • Prepare, compile, and distribute reports and documentation required for regulatory compliance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
