What you’ll achieve

As a Quality Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for driving automated workflow development across our Global Fulfillment, Logistics and Trade organization. You will work with teams across Supply Chain and Dell Digital to ensure we are addressing the organization’s automation needs to drive operations most efficiently

You will:

 Work with stakeholders across the organization to develop an automation pipeline to reduce manual effort required for day-to-day tasks.   

Sustain existing bots in Python & Power Automate to ensure they run reliably on time, without errors. 

Work towards a spec driven development model to leverage AI for rapid development and expansion of Automation capabilities from workflow process to tool design and build. 

Develop a governance model to ensure executive awareness of the Automation team’s output and benefit to the organization.

Essential Requirements 

• Proficiency in Python or Power Automate to build, deploy, and maintain automated workflows and bots, with the ability to write clean code, troubleshoot runtime errors, and ensure reliable scheduled execution.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills at all levels to gather requirements, align on priorities, and clearly communicate technical concepts and progress to non-technical audiences
• Background in developing governance or reporting frameworks – including KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries—that provide leadership with clear visibility into team output, project status, and organizational impact.
• Familiarity with business workflow process mapping to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities, then translating those insights into detailed process maps and the design of scalable, user-friendly tools and solutions.

Desirable Requirements 

• Experience with spec-driven or documentation-driven development methodologies where detailed specifications and documentation guide the design, build, and iteration of solutions, ensuring consistency, scalability, and clear alignment with business requirements.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools, generative AI platforms, or machine learning capabilities to accelerate development cycles, improve code quality, and expand automation capabilities beyond traditional workflows.
