- Salary range 005: $88,300 à $110,400 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)
‘Your role in achieving results:’
The Project Manager, Operations will be responsible for the preparation and execution of capital and maintenance projects in collaboration with the Corporate Engineering team.
- Lead project preparation activities, including analysis and definition of project phases.
- Manage project planning activities, including proposals, budget estimates, technical specifications, vendor quotations, and contractor selection.
- Oversee the execution of project work while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards, in collaboration with various internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project budgets and schedules.
- Compile and/or prepare project closeout documentation to ensure an effective handoff to internal clients.
- Evaluate and/or design equipment to improve production performance while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide operational support during the startup of new equipment as well as during regular production activities.
‘What we are looking for to deliver these results:’
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience required.
- Proven project management experience within the food manufacturing industry required.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automated Production Engineering, or another related field is considered an asset.
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may also be considered.
