A specialist utilities contractor delivering water mains renewal, diversion and infrastructure upgrade schemes across the region. Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of water mains renewal and diversion projects. Working under NEC contracts, you will be responsible for managing applications for payment, subcontractor accounts, client queries, compensation events and commercial reporting.
A key part of the role will involve producing accurate material and work take-offs from client drawings and designs, identifying project requirements and helping to reduce compensation events through thorough planning and commercial management.
