Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: West Midlands (Office Based with Occasional Site Travel)
Salary: £50,000 plus Car Allowance & Excellent Company Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
An established and growing refurbishment and fit-out contractor is seeking an ambitious and driven Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team in the West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the commercial aspects of refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage subcontractor procurement and accounts.
- Support successful project delivery through effective stakeholder management.
About You:
- 3-5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
- Estimating experience or knowledge would be highly advantageous.
