Quantity Surveyor
Location: Irlam (Office Based)
Engagement: Freelance – Outside IR35
My client is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in Irlam.
Due to an increasing workload and a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking to bring in additional commercial support on an ongoing
The role will be office-based, supporting a number of rail and civil engineering projects, with the main project currently located in North London. Site visits are not required.
They are looking for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor who can work independently and hit the ground running, requiring minimal supervision from the wider team.
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
• Minimum 6–7 years of experience working in a Quantity Surveying position
• Previous rail or rail-related civil engineering experience is essential
• Strong commercial management experience across infrastructure or civil engineering projects
Additional Information:
• ASAP start available
• Office-based role, 5 days per week in Irlam
• Interviews taking place this week and next week
