  • Take ownership of key project relationships, engaging effectively with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership teams.
  • Provide clear, structured reporting on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting capability growth and fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Drive best practice in commercial management across multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of the business as part of a regional practice covering Scotland and Northern Ireland.

About you

  • Degree qualified (BSc) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Ideally working towards chartership.
  • Strong experience across pre- and post-contract duties.
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects within a consultancy or client environment.
  • Working knowledge of SBCC/JCT and NEC contracts.
  • Solid understanding of NRM and cost planning methodologies.
  • Digitally literate and adaptable to using different software interfaces, use of Microsoft suite of application, PowerBI etc.
  • A proactive, driven individual with the confidence to lead, influence, and deliver

Your Impact Beyond the Role

While delivering high-quality commercial outcomes for our clients is central to this role, you will also play an active part in shaping our wider business. You’ll have opportunities to contribute across:
